SC Bake House is the home-grown bakery brand of SugarCrush Trading W.L.L., based in Qatar. We started with a simple idea: a treat can be both wholesome and indulgent.
That is why our menu runs from better-for-you bakes such as our gluten-conscious millet brownies to rich, chocolate-loaded classics, traditional cardamom Nankhatai, café-style cookies, tiramisu and cheesecakes.
Every order is baked fresh, in small batches, with premium ingredients. For birthdays, weddings, Eid, National Day and corporate events, we design celebration cakes, gift boxes and full dessert tables around your theme and colours.

Terms & Conditions
This website is operated by SugarCrush Trading W.L.L. (trading as SC Bake House), a company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration No. 255204. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of this website and all orders placed through it, through WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone. They are read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products and pictures
- All products are freshly baked, handmade food items. Colours, decorations and sizes may vary slightly from photographs.
- Product descriptions are given in good faith. Ingredients may change seasonally; ask us for the current ingredient list before ordering.
3. Allergen notice
Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, nuts (including almonds, pistachios and cashews), soy and sesame. Products described as "gluten-conscious" or "wholesome" are not certified gluten-free or allergen-free. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for reactions where an allergy was not disclosed.
4. Prices
- All prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm.
- Prices for custom cakes, gift boxes and dessert tables are confirmed in a written quotation on WhatsApp.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Placing and confirming an order
- An order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation with the order summary, total amount and delivery date, and any required advance payment is received.
- We may decline an order where we cannot meet the requested date, design or quantity.
- You are responsible for giving us a correct name, mobile number and delivery address.
6. Payment
- We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery and card payments through a secure, licensed payment gateway link. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard and NAPS-enabled debit cards where the gateway supports them.
- We do not store, sell or share any credit or debit card details. Card data is handled only by the payment gateway.
- The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and our policies.
- Custom cakes and dessert tables require a 50% advance. The balance is due before or on delivery.
- Payments are made in QAR. Any currency conversion or bank charges are the cardholder's responsibility.
7. Storage and consumption
Follow the storage instructions provided with your order. Cream cakes, cheesecakes and tiramisu must be refrigerated and eaten within 48 hours. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
8. Intellectual property
The SugarCrush and SC Bake House names, logo, photographs and content on this website belong to SugarCrush Trading W.L.L. and may not be copied without written permission.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Links to third-party sites (such as WhatsApp or Instagram) are governed by those sites' own terms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. (8) of 2008.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, including Decree-Law No. (16) of 2010 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our products are perishable food made to order, they cannot be returned once delivered. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund as set out below.
1. Cancelling an order
- Regular bakes and desserts: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the delivery time.
- Celebration cakes and custom orders: free cancellation up to 72 hours before delivery. Between 72 and 24 hours, 50% of the advance is refundable. Less than 24 hours: the advance is non-refundable, as ingredients and decorations have already been prepared.
- Dessert tables and corporate orders: cancellation terms are stated in your written quotation.
2. Changes to an order
Changes to flavour, design, message or delivery time can be requested up to 48 hours before delivery and are subject to availability. Changes may affect the price.
3. Damaged, incorrect or missing items
- Check your order on delivery. Report any issue on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Where the item is damaged in our delivery, incorrect, or missing, we will offer a replacement, store credit or a full or partial refund.
- We cannot accept claims for damage after handover to a third-party courier arranged by the customer, or for issues caused by improper storage.
- Taste is personal; dissatisfaction with taste alone is not grounds for a refund, but we always welcome your feedback.
4. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method only.
- Card refunds are processed within 7 working days and may take 7–14 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Bank transfer refunds are sent to the account that made the payment. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
5. Orders we cancel
If we must cancel your order for reasons on our side (for example ingredient shortage or an emergency), you will receive a 100% refund of any amount paid.

Delivery Policy
1. Delivery area
We deliver within the State of Qatar only. We do not ship to other countries.
2. Delivery charges
- Delivery charges depend on the delivery area and order size.
- The delivery charge is shown in your written quotation before you confirm and pay.
3. Delivery times
- We deliver in agreed time slots between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Exact timing can be affected by traffic and weather.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, we will contact you; a second delivery attempt may be charged.
4. Pick-up
Self pick-up is available on request at a location shared with your order confirmation.
5. Handling on arrival
Cakes and chilled desserts should be refrigerated as soon as they arrive. Carry cakes flat and avoid leaving them in a car.
Privacy Policy
SugarCrush Trading W.L.L. respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Qatar Law No. (13) of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy.
1. What we collect
Your name, mobile number, delivery address, order details, occasion details you share, and payment confirmation (not card numbers).
2. Why we use it
- To prepare, deliver and support your order.
- To contact you about your order on WhatsApp or by phone.
- To send occasional offers, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
3. Sharing
We share data only with our delivery staff or courier and our payment gateway, as needed to complete your order, or when required by Qatari law. We never sell your data.
4. Card security
Card payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway over a secure, encrypted connection. We do not see or store your card number.
5. Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes in Qatar, then deleted.
6. Your rights
